My name is Diana Da Conceição and I am a registered psychotherapist specializing in working with children, youth, and families.  I have worked in Children and Youth Mental Health Centres for over a decade specializing in attachment-focused issues, trauma of all forms, struggles related to parenting, school issues, emotional regulation, and the overall development, growth and wellness of children and families.  As a parent myself and knowing first hand how difficult it is, I have become passionate about abolishing the shame parents face and fostering children's ability to develop with confidence and joy, through attachment and connection.  My hope is that the people I serve find strengths in themselves and enhance on strengths they didn't know they possessed.  I strive for healing and empowering the people that I serve.
